Individual Coaching
Our approach to coaching is to create a safe space for individuals to think out loud and whilst also challenging positively to facilitate clients to unlock their thinking. We use psychology informed coaching approaches and bring a particular interest in supporting Senior Leaders in building deep awareness of their core values and developing the psychological flexibility to operate more authentically in line with these; increasing confidence and navigating uncertainty whilst delivering at a high level.
Peer Coaching
We work with clients to put in place powerful peer coaching processes which help them build a stronger coaching culture and enable individuals to build their own coaching skills while accessing ‘thinking partners’ across the organisation to support them in exploring work-based opportunities or challenges. This provides sustainable and powerful platforms for peers to facilitate each others’ ongoing development.
